AC Duct Cleaning in Damac Hills

AC duct cleaning in Damac Hills often comes down to what blows in from outside. Damac Hills wraps around a golf course, and the townhouse clusters backing onto the fairways get grass-cutting debris and fine sand from the course blown against their windows, which ends up in return filters that face the garden.

Townhouses and villas

Townhouses here typically have one or two ducted units, while larger villas have more. The work follows the standard AC duct cleaning method: access points, brushes, negative-pressure vacuum and a coil and drain tray clean. In newer clusters, fit-out dust may also be present.

Start small if unsure

If your home is only a few years old, vent and grille cleaning with a camera check shows whether a full duct clean is needed yet.

Practical notes

Let the gate know about the visit, and tell the company which cluster you are in. Neighbouring areas: Arabian Ranches and Mudon.

Fit-out dust in new clusters

Some Damac Hills clusters are still being completed, and homes handed over recently may have plaster or cement dust in the ducts from the fit-out. If the AC blew a white film across the furniture the first time it ran, that is the likely cause. A duct clean after the snagging is closed removes it.

Filter access

Townhouses here often have a return grille with a filter behind it in the hallway ceiling. It is easy to forget because it is out of sight. Ask the company to show you how to open it, and check it monthly, more often after dusty days or if the golf course has been re-seeded nearby.

Rented homes

If you rent, check your contract for who pays for AC maintenance, and share the quote with the landlord before the visit.
